Whether you're into volunteering, attending community events, catching up with family and friends or just soaking up the atmosphere of your local neighbourhood, we support you all the way with a care team that opens doors to opportunities and then provides the support you need to live life beyond your front door.
Social and Community Participation
Are you sporty? Do you love singing? Or maybe horse-riding? That’s what Participate Community is all about! The NDIS encourages community participation for people with disabilities. We help you to meet your social and self development goals by helping you get more involved in community and recreational activities such as sports, art classes, camps, dance, singing, and more. We're proud of our strong networks throughout Western Sydney and Rockhampton.
Innovative Community Participation
If you would like to play a more active role in your community you can do this through our innovative community participation programme. Your Support Healthcare will guide you to healthy social engagement through our in-house programmes and volunteer activities. Get involved, join our team and see your social skills flourish!
Assist-Travel/Transport
The need for transport can arise at any time, so leave it up to us to make this happen. If you need to get to a doctor’s appointment, visit family, attend a community event or go to the store for essentials, we will arrange a safe, reliable way for you to travel to your destination. Our service is punctual, wheelchair-friendly and considerate of your personal requirements. We turn up like clockwork for your regular appointments.
